As of Friday I am 25 weeks pregnant. This means I have 15 weeks left before my darling baby girl makes her debut. Here's the problem- my back is KILLING me! I have asked a few women for advice and even gone on-line to find relief. The most common answer was to go swimming. Unfortunately, it's a little chilly to be swimming right now. I have also read that exercise helps. I am still walking as often as I can, but even a walk around the block can be stressful for my back. I'm not a huge pregnant person (in fact I think I'm still pretty small for how far I am) so I'm not sure what the cause of the back pain is. Does anyone have any useful tips or advice?

My back has been hurting like crazy too. I've been going to a chiropractor to help, theres a really nice one in McKinney that's reasonably priced and works great on pregnant women. Let me know if you want his info... Other then that I've just been walking on the treadmill, somedays are better then others though :) Congratulations on the baby girl by the way! They are sooo much fun!
